R1 was behavioral and a case, 45 minutes with someone staffed nationally, not just particular office. they also give you someone to help prep you beforehand, it was honestly really hard
Start with application, then you will receive online test invitation. Once passed there will be live case interview. Interviewers are with consultant/project leader, and Managing Director/Partner.
The HR is friendly, interviews are hard but overall good experience.
