Eerst een PC-test in een afgezonderde ruimte. Daarna een persoonlijk gesprek waarbij wordt ingegaan op motivatie, cv, etc. Daarna een case die moet worden opgelost. Procedure was in het Nederlands, soms werd er overgeschakeld op het Frans of Engels.
