First step was a quick and easy HR call. Then you have to pass an online coding challenge on Hacker Rank (120 minutes, 9 questions). After that you have a technical case interview and a business case interview. I did not get past this stage but I think after that you have an additional panel interview.

You need to get a yes from every person throughout the process. I think that although knowing your stats/ML is important, that will not be the ultimate factor in getting an offer. You have to be good at explaining what you're doing and having that "consultant" presence about you.
