Boston Consulting Group Data Science interview questions

Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to interview for a Data Scientist role at BCG X. While I didn’t make it to the final round, I genuinely enjoyed the experience. The process was thoughtfully structured, intellectually stimulating, and incredibly detailed—giving me a clear picture of the high bar BCG X sets for talent. What stood out to me most was how well each round was designed to assess real-world thinking, technical depth, and impact orientation. I walked away from it with clarity on where I stand, what I want to improve, and deep respect for the team and their work.
