Applied directly, 30 minute video interview. Not all interviewers were on camera. Test question followed by awkward behavioral type questions that were tough to relate. Turns out the interviewers didn’t have any subject matter expertise and admitted to it. Couldn’t answer any of my technical questions nor could they answer basic questions about the role. A waste of everyone’s time. All that’s needed is a 5 minute phone call for the test questions.
