I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Phoenix, AZ) in Feb 2018
Interview
The hiring process was 3-part. First was a phone discussion, cursory questions were asked, at which a phone interview was set up, after which I was scheduled for an in-person interview. There were 3 interviewees. They were considerate and explained the interview process clearly when it was needed. I did review the interview reviews here and found it to be very crucial to understand what I was walking into. They used the interview STAR method. Plan your answers around 1 or 2 or 3 scenarios!
Structured (STAR method). This is my least favorite interview and can be difficult if not well-prepared. You are not allowed to have a copy of your resume, a notebook or any guiding information. Study!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake and how did you handle it? (Research as many STAR questions as you ca before the interview - because you never know which ones will be asked during the interview)
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Bengaluru) in Jun 2018
Interview
The first round was F2F and I was given a case study to prepare for the interview.
2 weeks later I received a call for the 2nd F2F round with the senior management.
I didn't get any feedback post the interview even after following up with them once. This definitely doesn't meet the stature and standards of the organization
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
In the first round they did not ask anything about he case study I worked hard upon but the interview was mostly around my experience and how I do things.
