Boeing Project Manager interview questions

It was an excruciating long process which involved only 2 rounds. 1st round was around skill set and scenario based questions. I had a very good experience. But the second call came after 1.5 months for structured round. After that again the HRs went for sleep. I continuosly followed up many many times and and last was asked if I would join with 15% hike. Total time waste.

Three people (including the hiring manager) interviewed me. One of them didn't make eye contact at all. Perhaps she was thinking about what to eat for lunch? I found it very unprofessional.
