I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who asked if I would be interested in the position. I then met with a series of program managers who asked me questions about past conflicts and or group projects. They were mostly behavioral questions designed to give them insight on both your character and work ethic Focus on the STAR format when giving your responses. This is crucial and is something they look for when answering each question. It shows how you can identify the situation and provide context to the issue at hand. Tell of the challenges and obstacle faced. and then the corrective actions that were taken.. elaborate these specific actions and what assets/tools/ skill sets you utilized. Finally explain the outcome of your actions which may include accomplishments or lessons learned.

Question 1
What makes you exceptional and separates you from other candidates. More specifically what separates you from a more senior and experienced buyer who is also seeking this position.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2012
Interview
I gave my resume to a representative from Boeing at my school's career fair. I later received a phone call from a rep who wanted to schedule me in for a 1on1 interview.
I am used to purely technical interviews, so I was surprised that I got asked more behavioral questions (about projects, difficulties, experience, and other stuff on my resume). The interviewer was nice and would take notes on his laptop while I answered each question that they read off from the screen.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Mesa, AZ) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online at their company portal and within a week I received both a call and email with details about the interview over the phone. The interview over the phone was like having teeth pulled because it sounded like they were going verbatim from a phone script for STAR interview.

Question 1
None of the questions were all that memorable or difficult it was pretty basic and sounded like they didn't even read my resume but were reading literally off of a script and that I might be their first interview of the day.
