Boeing interview questions

How much importance do you put into doing things the way they are described? i.e. in textbooks, directions, etc.

Boeing now uses structured interviews. You will not be asked any specifics on your resume, but will probably be asked to come up with examples of when you've been in difficult situations. For example, "Tell me of an instance when you had to deal with adversity," "Tell me of an instance where you disagreed with a decision that was made."
