Structured interview asking range of competency based questions. You need to provide examples from your work history and how you solved the problem described. Interview formal and two interviewers who made notes as interview was ongoing. This made the interview a little difficult as conversation exchange was limited and not relaxed.

Panel interview in a ballroom sectioned off into cubbies via cloth separators. Just rows and rows of interview cubbies. Felt like a casting call. Very odd. Unable to tie in with interview panel as they were not the hiring managers and requested that we not reach out to them. I've never had an interview like that before or after.
