I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Tokio) in Jul 2015
Interview
Panel of 3 individuals and was labeled a "structured interview". Eight set questions during which when answering the questions everyone was writing down lots of notes.
The issue with the interview process was that no one ever followed up. The initial engagement including screening of why I want the position, salary expectations and what my current comp looked like (which I thought was inappropriate) so we were off to a decent start. I emailed the HR contact at the Tokyo office as well as the internal recruiter for the status of the interview after waiting two weeks for a response. It's now been 4 weeks since my email and six weeks since the interview and still nothing. I find this very unprofessional and will be sure to enlighten my IT acquaintances in Tokyo regarding the unprofessional manner in which Boeing Japan managed this process.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Oklahoma City, OK) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview was standard and boring. They read off of a scenario sheet. Absolutely the opposite of personal. It was very hard to get a good read about what exactly you will be asked to do on the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Mar 2012
Interview
There was only one interview, but it was pretty standard as an intern interview. They asked about the projects I had worked on, strengths and weaknesses, as well as a situation where I had to deal with somebody difficult. I received an offer a couple weeks later. It was actually not for the position I applied to, but one of the other panel interviewers thought she could use me in her division.
