BT Group BT Graduate Scheme interview questions

I passed the CV screening and online test but I was rejected after the Skype interview. I was disappointed at the lack of feedback I received on it because in my opinion I did quite well and I would have liked to know what they didn't like and how I could improve. Quite disappointed even though I only got this far through the application process. I was told that what follows after the Skype interview is a programming test to do at home and an assessment centre.

Standard application process - online application and tests, video interview and then assessment centre. All really simple and straightforward although the BT assessment centre is challenging. The assessors are the potential recruiters. They will be senior management in different locations around the UK and want to employ somebody that is a good fit for their team. The assessment centre briefly consists of a group exercise (presentation), one-to-one presentation, interview and then role-play focused on the scheme you are applying for.
