I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BT Group (Glasgow, Escocia) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied first through the website application, then took a numerical reasoning test, then was given the interview. It was over Skype, done via Futureboard, and the woman was very nice. She didn't seem to want to 'catch me out' at all, she was very encouraging and helped me answer questions I didn't immediately have answers for. No offer yet, I haven't heard back from them.
