I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BT Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2016
Interview
Standard application process - online application and tests, video interview and then assessment centre. All really simple and straightforward although the BT assessment centre is challenging. The assessors are the potential recruiters. They will be senior management in different locations around the UK and want to employ somebody that is a good fit for their team.
The assessment centre briefly consists of a group exercise (presentation), one-to-one presentation, interview and then role-play focused on the scheme you are applying for.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BT Group in Jan 2020
Interview
First are a series of online test which I passed. The next stage is a video interview where I was told I had passed this stage and the next stage would be an assessment centre. After waiting for months I then received an email saying that all the vacancies for the role I applied for had been filled and so my application couldn't go any further? Surely the company would wait until all candidates had completed the assessment centre before filling roles?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of a time you encountered a problem, what did you do to solve this?
Didn't get through the video interview and received no feedback whatsoever, which is pretty poor. I know this is their policy but still disappointing as the rest of the process was good.
Overall they dont seem to care much about applicants until you get to AC stage, as it was all automated responses. Quite impersonal.

Interview
It's an online application, then they send you competency tests in logical reasoning and maths, then invite you to an online video assessment and then later to an assessment centre.
