Ascension interview questions

Very relaxed and flexible interview process. They had scheduled me for an in person interview on site but the direct manager reached out to chat with me beforehand about the position and any questions. We ended up canceling the formal/in-person interview as I was offered the position directly after.

The interview went really wellI felt comfortable and supported throughout the conversation. The questions were thoughtful and gave me a great opportunity to highlight my experience and perspective. It felt more like a meaningful dialogue than a formal interview, which helped me speak openly and confidently. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience.
