Ascension interview questions

The phone interviews for speciality departments that were scheduled in advanced were cancelled on different days within 30 minutes of interview starting. A phone interview was also cancelled over a text message, not an email or recruiter from a hiring manager apologizing but they filled the position a few days ago and forgot to let me know. Very unprofessional and did not make a new graduate excited about working with multiple departments that couldn’t keep scheduled appointments or communicate in a reasonable time frame. Applicants would be overlooked for cancelling an interview the way they did
