Why should we hire you?
Why Aon?
Why this city?
friendly people had candid discussions and I asked questions. Generally a good and doable process. would recommend it to anyone.
The first part of the interview was a general overview about what is Aon and how they work there, the second part - discussion about my previous experience and my skills . Very friendly atmosphere in the office and on the interview
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was the most interesting thing about your previous experience?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aon (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2022
Interview
First round was an online recorded interview, self-paced and very average. Second round was a panel interview with Aon employees in various actuarial roles. Again, very standard from my experiences with other companies. What made this experience not so great was all of my communication with the recruiter I was in contact with for the later portion of my interviewing. They took exceptionally long to reply to emails (a week and upwards at times) and did not seem to value my timeline. At the end they changed it up and asked about a completely different location, and when I was open to it they never replied again. Given my experience with other companies, this was very strange. The whole process took almost two months for the two interviews until I last heard from them.
