African Development Bank interview questions

A panel lasting 45 minutes to one hour. Usually 4 questions. An HR person is present during the panel. Each member of the panel ask one question, except the HR person. It took a fairly long time for the AfDB to get back to me with a job offer.

Quite Long over 6 months from first discussion to contract signing. On boarding done was adequate though it should be uniform across the board to make it more effective for all staff. It would increase staff productivity by faster more up-to-date work related knowledge.
