The Hiring process took long , from the job posting in March 2019 to receiving the offer in February 2020. The process started with a SKype interview with the Executive Serach firm (based in the UK) followed by a face to fce interview . The interview wasa competence based interview that required provising examples of my role and the outcome of th specific competencies
