African Development Bank interview questions

Was short listed and invited for an interview with 2 weeks notice to interview date The first stage was a computer appreciation test. The instruction was specific 1. Open a file in your name on the desktop. 2. Answer the questions( 3No.) given in Microsoft word and save it in your file on the desk top 3. One hour was given to answer the question which was an essay type question. 4. The question bordered on the procedure for funding a project by the bank, the next was based on how you will handle a typical situation when you go out as a team on a project verification team. Assuming a member of the team, the accountant happens not to agree to go out with the team on the critical assignment, what will you do?

The interview process consisted of one interview conducted via video conference. The panel comprised of two staff from the hiring unit, an HR person and two other staff members from units that worked closely with my unit. Questions were generic about background, experience and language ability as the Bank has two official languages namely English and French.
