Interview
I interviewed for Consulting Summer Analyst position initially (recruiter screening -> group case round interview), and got re-routed to Technology Summer Analyst position, 2 weeks after getting rejection from my CDP internship.
Had recruiter screening interview, which was mostly going through my resume & discussing logistics of TDP program. Recruiter said I will be hearing back for next round of interview early next week, but I got rejection letter without context at the end of the next week.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY) in Dec 2021
Interview
It was a smooth and organised process, just that I had very little time to prepare for each round of interview. After going past the Digital Assessment (Discovery Portal) Had the first round of interview which was a phone screening and it lasted about 30minutes, here I spoke about my background, and experience. Also spoke about my motivation for working at Accenture and my understanding of the role.
Got to the final round which consists of 3 parts (Technology Showcase: 15-30mins presentation + questions), then the case study followed and finally strength-based interview.
Overall, it was a smooth process.
