Phone Screen with recruiter, basic self introduction and behavioral questions. Had time to ask questions and gave an overview of potential next steps. Definitely not difficult at all, just practice different behavioral questions and have stories that are possible for pivoting.

Question 1
Tell me a time you worked in a team and encountered a difficult situation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was amazing for me! Following are the steps:
1) I first submitted my application in November 2024. Yes, that early!
2) A recruiter reached out to me in Feb inviting me for an interview.
3) I had the first HR call for around 20 - 25 minutes. She asked me basic questions regarding me, my qualifications and what I like. Absolutely nothing technical at all, just a quick check it was.
4) Then I was invited for the final round for which I had to first do an online assessment. I could do the assessment anytime I wanted while also taking breaks in between. The questions were majorly SQL focused and took me at stretch 2 - 2.5 hrs to complete.
5) Then on the final day I had 2 interviews back to back for 1 hr each. The first was skills and scenarios, the interviewer was absolutely amazing and helped me a lot with questions. The second was the strengths interview which focused on my values, strengths and my relationship building methods. Just a quick tip: Be you! You have absolutely nothing to prepare for in advance trust me. Since this was technology focused, no need to prepare for official case based questions. Be you, be honest and have the will to learn and listen.
