Accenture Recruiter interview questions

1st round telephonic interview . Overall positive experience the interviewer was pleasant and took time to explain the roles and responsibilities of the role and key expectations . The interview was mostly around my background and some situational behavioral questions

I had been approached by an agency about a position with this company and they forwarded my CV. After they've received my CV the company called me about a different role that they thought would be more suitable. From there I had a screening call that lasted about 10-15 min. After that a longer phone interview with the same person that performed the screening. Next step was a interview with a manager. During that interview the manager also invited the group in to take part in the last moments of the interview. Shortly after I got an informal offer, that was followed by a formal offer.
