Mehrere Telefongespräche mit einem internen Recruiter, HR-Manager und einem zukünftigem Kollegen. Nach jedem einzelnen Gespräch, wurde mir gesagt mit wem ich als nächstes reden werde und dann wurden die Termine entspannt per Mail ausgemacht.

Applied online, recruiter emailed immediately, we scheduled to speak three days later, she rescheduled and when she called “position was filled” we still chatted about possibly open positions in the future, I followed up twice via email to make the connection knowing she didn’t have an open role and no response. Highly unprofessional, old school practices. Not a good look from a seasoned recruiter to another, world is small, Hopefully you don’t need me in the future.
