It was pretty straightforward with an online application then online assessment and then online interview which is where I got rejected. Do your research into the company and tailor your answer to their values.

The interview process typically follows the online assessment stage in the recruitment process. The competency-based interview assesses your suitability for the role by evaluating your skills, knowledge and behaviors against the competencies and values important for effective performance as a police constable, and is conducted online with a confirmation email upon completion. The written exercise and briefing exercise are also mandatory online assessments, with the written exercise not providing a confirmation email. After finishing the online assessment process, which evaluates your suitability based on the Competency and Values Framework without requiring prior policing knowledge, you will receive your results at a later date as specified by the recruiting force
