I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Accenture in Apr 2021

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Apr 2021
Interview
1) Initial Application From where you had to write about 2 retailers (one good one bad) and why you love retail
2) Pop quiz (Data interpretation and problem solving)
3) 1st round - Market sizing fragrance market UK annually, a bit about yourself, and retail discussion.
First time I've spent so much time on a company to have not even spoken to a single person from within. Everything's been outsourced to a third party - who can't tell me what it's like working there/what's the culture/what's the workload and project; the retail discussion was also shallow (as a conversation between two people with no retail experiences can only be). Please remember that whilst interviewing - we're also looking for a fit with the company - how can we evaluate the company when you treat candidates like some numbers to be sifted through.

Interview
I was not hired but the interview process was very good and not intimidating, The first part was a presentation, followed by a 1 to 1 interview and finishing off with a group task and individual games to test the way you think.
