They ask if your flexible working on weekends and nightshfits even though there are no night shifts just to see if you are a dedicated person. For freshers questions will be mainly about why u want this job and what you know about business. For experienced people many questions about past job will be asked.

Had phone screening on the same day I applied. Then a brief language test and a final interview days later. Overall the process took less than a week. It seemed very rushed and there was no great attention to detail in their selection process. I think at the moment they were only interested in the number of people they took on board. However, the Interviewers were nice and helpful throughout.
