I have attended via Staffing agency. You just need to be perfect with your English speaking and pronunciation. For experienced candidates they will ask about Roles and Responsibilities, Good and Bad experience, what you about their company, why them, speak any topic for 1minute, what is customer service according to you, why you left etc. As I said Clear pronunciation, Sentence framing, Accent and English speaking skills are must.

Interview process in accenture is very poor. The recruitment team and hr was very disgusting and useless. They use to call candidates without matching with their job requirements. They make the candidates to sit for the whole day wasting their time as well as the candidates. And at last they will announce that your job profile does not meet with our requirements.
