Accenture Client Management Financial Analyst interview questions

Applied through school recruiting. Process took a few weeks. Had 1 interview at Accenture in Arlington that lasted for 4 hours. First interview was with an analyst who went over the details of the position. Next was with a specialist who asked behavioral questions. the 3rd interview was with a manager who asked general questions and the last interview was with an executive.

Phone call - then 4 in person interviews back to back to back to back. The first interview is with an analyst, then specialist, then manager, then senior manager. The analyst describes the role, do you best to understand as this will be important to be able to reiterate/demonstrate understanding of role in later interviews. the second interview is a skills interview. The third and fourth are more about if they think you understand what you learned about the role and fit. Be hungry and eager to learn/progress in your role in CFM.
