AT&T interview questions

1.) Apply For Job 2.) 2 Weeks later take a Assessment Test 3.) 2 Weeks later have a in person interview with a hiring manager. 4.) 1 Week later receive an email if you got the job or not.

I applied online via the AT&T/Jobs.com website and was called not long after and scheduled for an interview on the 28th of Feb., 2013 in Merritt Island. I was supposed to take a test of some sort, but the manager who interviewed me said I did not need it due to previous experience. I was then contacted again on April 16th, 2013, for a drug test and background check. On April 29th, 2013, I was given a job offer with a weekly pay in the upper eschelon of the pay scale.
