Applied online. Contacted immediately. Brief interview with recruiter. Multiple interviews over a few months with sr. executive levels. Interviews were professional (phone, AT&T tele-presence and in-person). Overall the experience was very good.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2013
Interview
I applied online and received a call within two days to set a time for a webcam interview. After the webcam interview, I received a call stating that I had made it to the second round. My second round interview was held at the wireless headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
This was a day with the executives of the program, and other potential candidates of the program. There was a meet and greet that morning. I had a tour of the facilities and I had my second round interview shortly after that. Later that afternoon I had lunch with current students in the program and a question and answer session during lunch and after lunch. I received a call about a week later stating that I was accepted into the program.
During the process show that you are enthusiastic, interested, and have a passion for people. Sell yourself during this process. Always have at least one or two questions to ask to show that you have an interest in the company and the program. They want to know what you bring to the AT&T. This was a great experience for me and I wish everyone who applies the best of luck.
