I was an existing employee in the retail channel when I was contacted for an interview for my most recent position. There was an initial phone interview that was informal and then I was brought in to the Admin Office to have an in-person interview.

Being interested in the Telecom industry At&t was a perfect choice. i first applied to several locations through their website under careers. finally about a month and a half later i received and email response from their HR dept. asking if i was still interested in the position i responded and said yes. Figuring i would receive and email or call with an appointment for an interview in the next few days, well i did not receive one until 2 weeks later only after i emailed again saying i was still interested if the position was still available.
finally i got an interview and eventually got the job.

I applied through my college campus career center. I was contacted via e-mail after a few weeks and did an online video/teleconference call interview. Interview questions were typical.
