Interview
The BSLDP is a 20 week paid program that puts participates on a fast track to develop leadership, sales, and communication skills. Once the 20 weeks are up, if the participate has done well in the program, they are then offered a permanent position with the company.
The hiring is suppose to consist for 4 interviews:
1. Initial interview with a 3rd party recruiter
2. Interview with AT&T staffing agent
3. Case Study Oriented Interview
4. Face to face Interview

Question 1
Describe a time where you failed at something. What did you learn and how did you overcome your failure?

Interview
It is a repetative behavioral questionare, so they will ask you questions such as "what is the most difficult decision you had to make...at work etc" make sure you don't go off in a tangent to a different story, stick to the question and the trick is this question WILL be asked again using different words later on. The whole interview is like this so don't mess up your answers! Be consistent and pay attention, you body posture is important and smile speak clearly.

"What is the most difficult decision you had to make about a coworker and why" actually there is a bunch of questions like this so they can all be either really easy or really hard depending on your prior experience. The name of the game is Professional Attitude, Positive, Prompt Answers

Interview
had various positions from management to non management- the hiring process was very structured. you had to apply, then got called for a test, then was interviewed by HR, then interviewed by management- then approved by the general manager before being offered a position. it was a unionized sales force so everything had to be followed to the letter.
