Interview

First was a computer based test which was questions related to electricity and telecommunications. There were also a few problem solving questions. Then an interview which only consisted of three questions about your knowledge and abilities. A medical exam and drug test was conducted as well as a background check.

First phone technical interview then a face to face interview. Have to be strong on Java basics, SQL if for java development. Added benefit is if you are familiar with frameworks like Struts, Spring. Basic understanding of networking is also good.

I was interviewed by two managers. The interview lasted for about an hour. The questions asked for very detailed answers. It was a challenging process because both managers had very different mannerisms and ways they asked a question.
