I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AT&T (El Paso, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
they'll schedule a test for you through your email that you submitted your application through. after the test (if you pass it) they'll schedule you an interview for another time (mine was a few days later) when i went into my interview i had 2 managers interview me. It was about 30 minutes just asking normal questions. They took me back to the main common area and came back 5 minutes later and told me I had passed and to be expecting a call in a week or so.

Question 1
its the normal questions someone would normally get..
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Aug 2013
Interview
The process is long, however, if you have the aptitude and the sales background you will have no problem advocating for yourself and your acquired skills. I am honored to work for a company like AT&T. Do not hide anything for the background check with HireRight. They are looking for accuracy and proof of what you put on your résumé. This is no walk in the park and it should not be. This company is providing a lot of opportunity for their future employees. You want to work for a company that take everything into consideration before they hire a candidate.
