The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2010
Interview
Hiring is a slow process. Patience is required. Online submissions receive acknowledgment, but watch for e-mail requesting info about sex, race, and privacy disclosure. NO access to internal HR personnel to inquire about questions or application status. Interviews are SOAR format and easy if you are highly qualified. Good luck!

Question 1
Describe what you liked least about your former job and boss, how did you deal with the situation, and what would you have done differently or changed?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2011
Interview
Interview was 1:1 initially but due to weather conditions it got converted into a telephonic interview. The questions that I was asked was very general, nothing specific to the job or domain. I just had a conversation with the interviewer. I was not given specific job description. The interviewer finally told me that he would contact me after 2 weeks

Question 1
Describe your leadership experience in school and previous jobs?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2009
Interview
Very friendly and the entire interview was by a group (so no one on one). Each member of the team had questions prepared for me. They asked about my experiences but I distinctly remember being asked about something I did a long time ago that wasn't even on my resume. Apparently they looked me up and found somewhere that I had published a poster and asked me detailed questions about the research.
