Interview
Typical entry level interview process. Great for recent college graduates. Usually with 2-5 different people. Be prepared to end with a mock sales pitch. Always ask for the job at the end. May be 2 different interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at ADP in Feb 2018
Interview
Very thorough....On-line, phone and then in-person with multiple managers. Be prepared, be confident, don't lie and the background check is the most complete ever. They will do a credit check and I would be very careful with your on-line presence
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ADP in Dec 2020
Interview
Three interviews ending with a presentation. One interview with direct hiring manager. One with VP. And then third was a presentation to both of them. Challenging but not horrible. Presentation, as well as interviews were all done virtually.
