ADP District Manager interview questions

Good, standard, interview process. First starts with 20 minute phone call interview and so on. Nice VP, did not get the job but would recommend a friend/colleague interested in sales to apply.

Round robin team style interviews. Very long interview process. Followed up with day in the field. The interviewers ranged from very senior representatives and managers to completely new reps. I think the point was to get an idea of what the job is like at different levels of tenure.
