The interview consisted of a phone call with the hiring manager, another call with the VP of Sales and a face-to-face interview where you roll play a client meeting. Before the face-to-face meeting is set up, you have to put together an email as if you're reaching out to the client, advising why they should meet with you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ADP (Montreal, QC) in May 2020
Interview
One phone screening, one panel interview, one role play with a PPT presentation and last, one meeting with the VP. Then there was the back check process that was the longest I ever experienced.

Question 1
What qualifications or training do you have that make you think you will be successful in our company and in our industry?
