Interview
asked veiled vague questions to gauge ones supposed behavior and performance indicators and put you on the spot but it really just shows their allegiance to metrics and their own warped culture. I've been very successful for decades and when it was told to them you would have thought i said i farted or picked my nose. Pretentious people at the very beginning they shut off the Zoom Video literally seconds within the interview this happened after i teased the leader about being late to his own affair haha. so during this 40 minute audio only affair Some overbearing employee got on the call and proceeded to be the Pitbull for some reason( I thought i was amongst professionals) but its gotcha tactics. Just glad i didn't provide them with a application prior which wasn't even checked before the farce of a interview Imagine Monty pythons meets the weatherman with a splash of the cable guy . Well at least i was entertained throughout the entire UNEASINESS thanks ADP !!!

Lengthy process - typically three interviews. First two were more discussions / normal questions. The third is a sales presentation. You need to research their company and present to them as though they are the client with a PowerPoint deck, etc. Plan to spend about an hour per meeting.
