Interview
Applied online. Two days later, I was scheduled for a phone interview. After that, I received an online assessment to test my skills and check my personality. After passing those, I got invited to an in-person interview with two people in regards to my experience, personality, and career goals. Upon conclusion, I was told that the recruiter would be in touch with me.
One week later, on a day that I was on a cruise, I received a phone message from someone that they found someone else for the job. Based on their easy requirements listed on their job description, I found that to be quite suspicious.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ADP (Maitland, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
By far the worst process I've been through. Went in June, talked to a manager there that saw my military IT PM experience and told me he would be in contact with me soon since he loved my work. Heard nothing. Tried to go to a career event for them on campus, they cancelled it and never told anybody. Went to another career event, explained my experience, they sounded interested. Got on the phone with a hiring rep the following week and he went into great depth for 30 minutes to explain how my 6 years of IT project management for the military doesn't count for project management of IT services. Finally was told to interview for the Client Support Specialist role. Went there, the interview itself was nice but I was told that there were no more positions open for the role. My question to this is what was the point then of interviewing for a role they claimed was open but full by the time of the interview. Shows a lot of miscommunication around the company. Then, just today, got an email, on Thanksgiving morning, that they are not interested.
