I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP (Augusta, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
First, there is a phone interview. The recruiter asked the basic questions (e.g. explain your most recent position, what did you do, what are your salary expectations, what are your goals, etc.).If you do well, you are required to take an online assessment (approx. 45-60 minutes). The assessment consists of questions about your personality and how well you are able to navigate the software. Lastly, there is a face-to-face interview. The scheduler will actually email you a prep sheet to help you get prepared for your interview (Very helpful!). On interview day, the women I met with were very nice and sort of easy to talk to. They are mostly interested in your ability to problem solve, think critically, and handle stress. They will ask a range of loaded behavioral questions that require you to think a little bit. So, have some good success stories. Do your reseach about the position you are applying for and the company! Most importantly, try to relax and stay calm.

Interview
Signed up for a phone interview, received the confirmation to be ready and that they would call on time and the discussion would last 30 minutes. Never got a phone call
I applied through college or university. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at ADP (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2016
Interview
Basic phone interview. Was a little more serious then I would of preferred. Very routine which might hinder you showing your personality during interview. When you are finished with phone interview they will send you some assessment if they are interested followed by second interview.
