I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Chertsey, England) in Jul 2017
Interview
Awful experience.
I arrived at the building and had my first bad experience in there as they lady was not very nice at the reception. Then, after being 40 minutes waiting for the interviewer.. this lady told me that actually nobody was expecting me. 10 minutes after, these 2 ladies came to see me and told me they were not expecting me as it was a phone interview (I had 1 phone interview at that time and in the email wasn't mentioned it would be a phone interview). Anyway, I told them that despite that nobody called me. She said that sometimes although it says there they will call me at 1pm, they can actually call me during the whole afternoon (Very professional!!). The whole interview was fine, the ladies there were nice. The questions were very cliche. In the end I could see they would not choose me as they told me I should had telephone experience - apparently, my 6 months experience was not enough.
The positive side of all was that they gave me a feedback on my interview on the next day and the interviewers were very nice.
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Jun 2017
Interview
I applied online, within 2-3 days later I received an email to complete an assessment. Then 2 days later I was sent an invitation for a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of a representative going over your work history, why ADP, etc.
After the phone interview, they will set up a face to face interview, so be sure to answer the phone from a 1-800 number (it's hard to get in contact with them if you don't answer). Once your interview is set up, the coordinator will send you a preparation document for the interview, regarding the role you've applied for, basic interview questions, and qualifications for the position. STUDY the sheet and do your research on the company. You don't want to sound too rehearsed either.
The interview probably lasted less than 2 hours. I interviewed with two managers in the department I applied for (1 in person and 1 through the phone). We talked about work history and behavioral questions. I later met with the VP for an interview the same day, to talk about why I believe I'm a good fit for ADP, my strengths, etc. Make sure that you think of some questions you want to ask them during the face to face interview, they want you to come prepared with questions. I was told that I should hear back by the end of the day, and I did. I received an offer and was told that the background check can take up to a week. I heard back within 5-6 days with an official offer letter.
ADP was probably the best interview experience I ever had because they were so fast and efficient with the hiring process. They kept you updated with everything.
I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Maitland, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
The process was quiet easy. I applied online and got an email to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 30 minute's and after the interview the recruiter asked me to wait for an email with a link for the online assessment.
The online assessment went okay and I'm still waiting for a feedback from them.
