I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Parsippany, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
I personally thought the interview process for this entry level position was very intensive. I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then was given a online personality test and a online job preview of the type of job it would be. I went in and interviewed with two people and then sat down and was made to listen to a customer call and the asked me some questions about how I would handle it. I made it to the second round the same day and interviewed with my potential manager. I didn't get a offer, but I am glad I didn't. After reading the glassdoor reviews about the job and hearing more about the job in person, I knew this job wasn't for me. The job is basically you are the person in the call center helping customers with their issues. They said I would have scheduled breaks and a scheduled lunch.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Maitland, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
I started off doing the application and then the next day I received a email to schedule a phone interview. That was pushed back due us having the hurricane here in Florida. The following week I did the phone interview which was pretty simple. We had a bad connection but we managed to get through it. Later that day I was sent the online assessment which was bad either. Two days later I received a email to select a interview time to come in for a f2f for the following week. I thought the interview went fine, I had a interview with one hiring manger who was there in the person in the room and one manager that was on the phone out of town for a wedding. I answersed all the calls great and asked great questions. Me and the hiring manager even spoke about out our kids. Was advised the recruiter with email me with the next steps and they had two more days to do interviews...Three days later on a Friday I seeing a incoming call from ADP and think immediately I was going to get the job off but NOOOO, they called me to REJECT me a offer and say they going with someone else and I know I am well qualified. They called to actually tell me I did not get the job

I applied online. I interviewed at ADP (Norfolk, VA) in Sep 2017
Interview
I originally applied for the client support specialist position, but then applied for the team manager (client support) as well. I was quickly contacted regarding the client support specialist position. The phone interview was easy, as you could tell the person conducting the interview was reading off a sheet of paper. I was approved for the next step, completed the testing, and stood by for results. I was then contacted by talent acquisition to schedule a phone interview; I thought it was for the client support team manager position, but when I logged into the ADP site, an application for the client services team manager had been entered for me. I conducted the phone interview, and was contacted the next day regarding an in-person interview. The interview was brief (approximately 30 minutes), but started fifteen minutes late due to the interviewer being caught up in other matters. Five days later I was contacted via email by talent acquisition to let me know that I would not be moving forward in the selection process for the client services team manager position; however, I have not been contacted further regarding the two positions that I actually applied for, which has left me a bit frustrated with the whole process.
