"A lot of vacation time. 18 days to start (144 hours), going up to 30 days (240 hours) at 15 years. I think 18 days to start is crazy. Who expects over 3 weeks off from their job in the first year? "

"No match at all, they automatically give you 3% of your pay though so if you put in 0%, you still get 3% from them. If you put in 3%, it comes out to be 3% of yours + 3% of theirs, etc."

Start off with 18 days paid leave. Health insurance is nice with chances to earn money towards healthcare needs.

Health insurance is expensive and employees must pass annual physical with satisfactory weight and bloodwork to qualify for "discounted rate". Beware of attendance policy, as any unscheduled absence regardless of whether you where hospitalized, in an auto accident, or had a family emergency, is counted against you and 5 in one year can result in termination

Decent benefits, but speculation around the office is that it will go down the drain with the big merger coming. 401k match. All standard things for the industry.

The health insurance is very inexpensive. There are decreased prices if you don't smoke and have a BMI under the obesity range. First year you get more than 3 weeks of vacation days which is great but there are only 6 paid holidays per year.
