After the pandemic period from #PepsiCo we saw the need to apply a new strategic approach at the organizational level that would help us make a big change. 💡The key to success? What has worked for me is to apply #simplicity and #consistency to my personal #organization, benefiting me not only on a professional level but also on a personal level by favoring greater #conciliation. For me it is also key to lead with the #example. You don't make a change like this alone, and it has been very gratifying to see how the whole #team, and not just the manager, has worked together to achieve it.
