Pros

4 on, 4 off work rotation. Not much overtime. Great Work/Life Balance. Comparable salary. Brand new facility and equipment.Good health benefits.

Cons

Disorganization. Human Resources has been a disaster to this point. Lack of policies and procedures in place to enforce with the workforce. Not much room for advancement to being a start up company. Below average retirement plan. Plant is out in the middle of nowhere so there is a long commute to work.
