      Brand name and reputation of company. High emphasis on integrity and ethics. Financial strength. Part of a diversified group.

      Cons

      Low career growth prospects (higher positions don't open up). Inconsistent titles and designations. Service departments (IT, HR/Benefits, etc.) not as efficient / competent as I have seen elsewhere. Internally available positions not advertised but filled privately.
