      Pros

      You will have access to the IT departments in well-known companies in those market where the company is already big. Forget about joining the dream of the new 'strategic offices'

      Cons

      Expect to work very long hours and deal with supervisors with a real lack of charm and care for everything that you are and do. This company leitmotif has been to be sold to the best bidder for the pleasure of the original partners, and not really to become an innovative or best place to work (although it has been recognised in this sense...). Additionally you will find harder to find a job after your experience at everis as in any other consultancy firms. With the company being acquire by NTT, the future is more unclear than ever in its history.

      Pros

      Partners values, development possibilities, people is very motivated, and the strategic goals of the company area very challenged. It is a multinational experience, very transparent culture, and the management is very close to employees.

      Cons

      IT consulting sector is very exigent, the company is at continuosly development and that required to be always looking for the medium and long term and at the same time to respond the short term. It is vey dinamic and people need to be very flexible to adapt to changes.
