      Pros

      you can start your professional career just when you finish your studies at the university and you can get a lot of experiencie in a few years, which are very valuabled in the market. You can earn a lot of money if you stay four or five years comparing with other companies.

      Cons

      you have to know that working in a consultant company implies that you dont have free times on weekdays, even weekends. You have to be very comitted to the goals of the company in order to work.

      Cons

      The project did not offer adequate rewards or recognition for employees' efforts. Workplace dynamics were heavily influenced by internal politics, which hindered professional growth. The employee evaluation system was also affected by these political factors, making career progression challenging.
